This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit szenovi.com, book a call or write to us, why we do it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process and why
Visiting the website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open it, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address, the page requested, date and time, and browser details, to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We do not keep our own server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts and icons are served from our own server. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or another font provider.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. They measure which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked and whether a booking was completed. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and we do not use its advertising features. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the home page.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Tag Manager is not loaded.
Booking a call
Bookings run through Cal.com, provided by Cal.com, Inc., USA. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address, the time you chose and any notes you add, and sends both of us a calendar invitation. The video call runs on Cal Video. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Cal.com acts as our processor under its data processing agreement. We keep booking data for up to 12 months unless a contract follows.
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Emails are kept as long as needed for the enquiry and any statutory retention period.
Recipients
We share data only with the processors named above and with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., under data processing agreements. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9-11, 1055 Budapest, www.naih.hu. You may also contact the authority in your own country.
